You've spent months looking forward to your wedding day.
Then your guests start arriving, everything you've been planning is finally happening, and before you know it you're hugging people goodbye, clinking glasses, laughing until your face hurts, and wondering where the time went.
I've photographed enough weddings to know that's how it almost always feels.
That's why these photographs matter. They let you come back to the parts of the day that felt like they passed in a blur.
I really love weddings. Not just the photos I take but the weddings themselves.
I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, and getting a front row seat to one of the most exciting seasons of their lives. I love seeing months of planning come together. I love the energy of a jam packed dance floor, the more intimate moments in between, and all of the little things that make every celebration feel different from the last.
I've photographed more than 125 weddings across Tennessee and beyond, and I still find myself smiling when the dance floor finally fills up. It has yet to get old.
When your wedding day is over, my hope is that your photos feel like an honest reflection of the experience you had and how it felt to be there.

Cayla is truly one-of-a-kind. She has such a special gift for what she does... having her with us on our wedding day felt more like having a friend to share in the moment... she's now part of our family.
- Makayla & Devin
We chose Cayla for her laid back style and ability to capture the rawness and genuine moments in a natural space. We were awkwardly laughing off the nervousness of not being sure what we wanted in our photos at first, but by the end of our session, it felt calm and natural... She was willing to navigate new ways to get photos of us in a space she had never shot in before to give us the perfect photos to hold onto forever.
- Alexis & aaron
I cannot recommend and rave about Cayla enough to anyone and everyone. She truly is a master behind the camera and has a work of art with her photos and I am so so happy that I was able to find her and have her be part of some of our big moments.
You care deeply about this day. You've put so much thought into it, and you want photos that feel just as personal as the experience itself.
Whether you're getting married in Nashville, somewhere across the country, or you're still figuring out exactly what the day will look like, I'd love to hear about it.
